Villadex is a platform homeowners use to keep a running record of every service visit at their home—who did the work, what was done, and when it happened. Think of it as the home's service logbook, built automatically over time.

When your technician arrives at a Villadex home, the homeowner shares a QR code. Your tech scans it, fills in a brief summary of what they found and did, and that's it. The visit is logged to the homeowner's account instantly.

Why you received an email from Villadex

After your technician logged the visit, Villadex sent you a follow-up email on behalf of the homeowner. The purpose is simple: the homeowner wants any relevant documents—invoices, receipts, photos—added to their home's record.

Each email is tied to a specific service visit. To send documents, just reply to that email with the invoice or photos for that visit. The next time one of your technicians visits the same home, they'll fill out another service visit log and you'll receive a new email for that visit.

Is my business information being shared publicly?

No. The only information stored is what your technician provided at the point of service—your business name, the technician's name, and the service notes. This is part of the homeowner's private home record and is not shared publicly.

What happens with the documents I send?

Any documents you email to the provided address are attached to that specific service visit in the homeowner's Villadex account. Only the homeowner can see them.

How do I improve my experience with this service?

Make sure your technicians fill in your office phone number and email address consistently when they log visits. Homeowners will use Villadex to look you up and contact you again—you want them calling the right number. Consistent contact info across visits also helps Villadex build an accurate digital identity for your company.

Can I create a business profile?

Yes. You can claim a free business profile on Villadex. When homeowners tag you as someone they've worked with—or recommend—that shows up on your profile and makes you visible to other local homeowners searching for trusted pros.
